Stays we have built and run for 13 years
From a 990 m² new build to private houses, and operating results measured in numbers.
Case Study
Revenue up 21.5% year over year,
starting with a consultation
Real 2026 revenue from a stay where StayFlow runs marketing and operations. Frequent complaints about structural and facility issues had pushed revenue below the previous year. One month of consulting in March lifted revenue 57.6% year over year, and from March to September revenue grew by KRW 97.14 million (21.5%).
Monthly revenue · change vs. same month last year
March · Marketing consulting
We led all marketing for one month. Revenue that month rose 57.6% year over year, and from April the owner entrusted us with the full operation.
We started with branding
To raise rates, a property has to look like it's worth more. We renamed the stay and reshot the photos. We rewrote the listing copy in four languages so that beds, guest count, parking and transport matched reality.
We fixed the facilities and complaints
A high rate can be undone by one line in a review. We fixed the rooftop waterproofing, the bathroom odor and the door locks one by one. On a day when heavy rain caused a leak, we finished temporary waterproofing and drying before check-in and kept the booking.
We raised rates by watching the market
Not all at once. We raised a little, watched how fast bookings came in, and raised again when demand held. That's how we increased the weekday nightly rate by 44%.
May was 3.1% below the previous year. Revenue is based on settlements. You don't need to hand over full management from the start. Like this property, you can begin with a one-month consultation and decide after seeing the results.
