HausMia Seoul was newly built in 2020 for group stays and renewed in 2026. High ceilings, soft light and a long table make room for everyone, and the two homes share one building with their own entrances on the same floor.
The street is quiet and nearly flat, so arriving with luggage is easy. Yeonnam-dong cafés and Hongdae are a short walk or one stop away.
