50 m² finished with handmade brick and furniture
To keep the feel of Chiang Mai, we used handmade bricks and handmade furniture. Red brick walls, steel grid partitions, timber storage and blue textiles divide a small space into bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining.
Latex mattresses, quality materials, mountain-view windows and a kitchen with a washer make it comfortable even for long stays.
In the heart of Nimmanhaemin, bright and safe late into the night, with a 24-hour convenience store downstairs and cafés, restaurants and the MAYA mall within walking distance.
We handled everything from the remodel to operations, then handed day-to-day running to another host. Photos show the space after our remodel.
