About
A team that builds and runs its own stays
From the first plan, we ask whether a space is comfortable for guests, easy to manage and profitable.

Philosophy
Great stays come from weighing design and operations together.
From the first plans, StayFlow looks at whether a space is comfortable for guests, easy to manage and profitable. What we learn running our own stays goes into our design and service, and after opening we keep refining based on feedback from the ground.
We don't stop at a good-looking space. We build stays that guests keep booking and that run smoothly.

Founder · Host Mia
“A great stay starts with structure, not instinct. We only recommend what we've tested in our own operations.”
Founder Host Mia started her first private-house stay on Airbnb in 2013 with a 265 m² detached house in Yeonhui-dong, and in 2014 received the Best of the Best Superhost Award from Airbnb Korea. Over the 13 years since, specializing in high-end family suite stays, she has led the development and operation of 30+ buildings, up to 990 m² new-build stays in the Hongdae and Yeonhui areas.
She also leads Defarang, a building-materials and styling company, where she handles new-build design review, interiors and styling project management. She is now CEO of StayFlow, a consulting, marketing and management company specializing in large high-end and family stays.
Superhost Ledger · 2026
For 48 quarters,
a record never broken
Airbnb awards Superhost status by re-evaluating ratings, response rate, cancellation rate and stays every quarter. Miss the bar for a single quarter and the status is gone. StayFlow met this standard 48 times in a row, including through MERS and COVID-19, when travel came to a halt.
