Concept

Dulian means a place of comfort for those who stay together.

Dulian Haus · 둘이안하우스

Renovated in 2026 and designed by the host, the house gives each floor its own character, with artworks, premium mattresses with latex toppers and quality bedding in every room.

Yeonhui-dong is a calm, well-loved neighbourhood of cafés, restaurants and galleries, within walking distance of Yeonnam-dong and Hongdae.

The entire first floor (200㎡): five bedrooms, four bathrooms with shower booths, a living room with a piano and a sunny terrace.

The second floor: a five-bedroom home plus a duplex studio with a rooftop terrace. Reached by one flight of stairs.
