One building, three ways to book
Dulian Haus operations note — 12, 14 or 26 guests in one house

The bigger the building, the harder it is to keep full. Dulian Haus is sold in three configurations to fit the size of the group, made possible by separate entrances for the first and second floors.
Three configurations
One floor or the whole building. On the same dates, different groups can stay with their own entrances.
Eight bathrooms
Four on the first floor, four on the second. Bathrooms are the first thing large families and groups ask about.
Renovated in 2026 and designed by the host, the house gives each floor its own character, with artworks, premium mattresses with latex toppers and quality bedding in every room.
Ground floor, Dulian 1
The whole 200 m² first floor: five bedrooms, four bathrooms with shower booths, a living room with a piano and a sunny terrace. Sleeps up to 12.
Upstairs, Dulian 2+3
The second floor combines a five-bedroom home with a loft studio that has a rooftop terrace, for up to 14. Dulian 2 alone takes up to 10. A main home plus a loft makes it easy for a group to split up.
The whole building, 26 guests
All three homes (about 400 m²) give one group 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms for up to 26 — right for family gatherings, workshops and group training.
Designed by the host and renewed in 2026, each floor has its own character, with artworks and premium mattresses with latex toppers in every room.
Two minutes to the airport bus
In a quiet part of Yeonhui-dong, yet two minutes on foot to the airport bus stop and one minute to a 24-hour convenience store, with more than 30 bus routes nearby and Yeonnam-dong and Hongdae within walking distance.
We note on the listing that there is a gentle slope up from the main road and stairs to the second floor.
Space details
Eight bathrooms in the house — Four bathrooms on the first floor and four upstairs, so mornings run without a queue.
One table for everyone — A dining area and living room with a large TV, where the whole group can eat, plan and unwind.
A kitchen you can cook in — Refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, kettle, coffee pot, cookware and dishes.
Terrace and rooftop — A sunny first-floor terrace and a rooftop terrace upstairs. Parking is one car in a designated space, arranged with us in advance.
Laundry room — Washer and dryer with detergent and softener provided, so you can pack light.
Comfort in every season — Air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating in winter and fast Wi-Fi throughout.
From arrival to check-out
Self check-in — Check in from 3:00 PM and check out by 11:00 AM, with a step-by-step guide sent before you land.
Free luggage storage — Arriving early or flying late? Leave your bags with us before check-in and after check-out, from 11:30 on arrival day and until 14:30 on departure day.
Airport van — On request we book a private van between the airport and the front door, sized for your group and your luggage.
A professional team, 13 years in — An operations team named Airbnb Superhost 48 times in a row over 13 years, since 2013, having developed and run more than 30 buildings in Seoul. Several hosts on the team look after each stay, so replies come quickly.

there is a gentle uphill slope from the main road to the house, and the second-floor homes are reached by stairs. The first floor and the second floor have separate outdoor entrances; Dulian 2 and 3 share the entrance to the second floor.
