A new house like a forest, four homes with four moods
Haus Foreste branding note — the name, the logo and a story for each home
By Host Mia, StayFlow

Haus Foreste was designed and built new for group stays. The starting point for the brand was how to tie four homes in one building into a single name, while letting each be remembered as a different home.

The name and the logo
The name comes from the forest: a home where you rest as if in the woods, in the middle of the city. The symbol layers a house shape with a new leaf, paired with a clean wordmark.
Foreste: the calm of a forest, inside the city.
Four homes, four names
They share a building, but each home has its own mood. Guests choose by these names on the listing and remember them in their reviews.

“Four homes, one new house.”

Natural materials, tall windows
Natural finishes and tall windows, with terraces front and back that bring the view inside.
The building was designed and built new for group stays, so every home has a full kitchen, a laundry room, three bathrooms, and air conditioning and underfloor heating in every room.

A different character for each home
Forest Nest (A) sleeps up to 14 across five bedrooms, including a master room with a queen bunk. Serene Garden (B) is 200 m² with an en-suite master room and terraces on both sides.
Ocean Breeze (C) is a bright duplex with four queen bedrooms, and Sunset Glow (D) has a living room overlooking the city. Each name is meant to become the scene of that home.

The story when booked together
Larger groups book several homes in the same building. C and D together sleep up to 20 with two living rooms. One brand, but each group remembers its own home.

Who stays here
Extended families, families travelling together, wedding guests, company workshops and friends visiting Seoul. The brand tone is set for what they expect: a spacious, new and calm home.
One stop from Hongik Univ. Station and ten minutes on foot to Gajwa, on a quiet hillside near Yeonnam-dong — in keeping with the promise of resting as if in a forest, in the city.

What we tell guests up front
Trust in a brand comes from naming the inconveniences before the strengths. We put a stay's weak points in the listing and house guide so nobody is surprised on arrival.
the house stands on a slope, and the last stretch is uphill. With heavy luggage, small children or older family members, ask us to book an airport van to the door. Free parking is one car for the whole building.

Branding does not end with a name. It is making the photo tone, the listing copy and even the house guide tell the same story.
